Warranty Overview

ZipFilters ("ZIP") stands behind the quality of every filter we manufacture. All genuine ZIP filter products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions, for the duration specified in this policy.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers manufacturing defects identified under normal operating conditions and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification of the product.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Structural failure under normal operating conditions
Premature failure within the specified service interval
Dimensional non-conformity to published OEM specifications
Leakage due to seal or gasket defect at time of installation

What Is Not Covered

Damage from improper installation or incorrect fitment
Filters used beyond their recommended service interval
Damage caused by contaminated or incorrect fluids
Physical damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
Products purchased from unauthorised channels

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Us

Call or email our support team with your purchase details and product batch number.

Submit Proof

Provide purchase invoice, product label photo, and a description of the defect observed.

Return Product

Ship the defective product to our service centre as directed by our support team.

Resolution

Upon approval, we will replace the product or issue a credit note at our discretion.

Important Notes

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability.
ZIP Filters' liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying the defect.
ZIP Filters reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim.
